Staying Full So You Don't Go Back
- Text
- Matthew 12:43-45; Ephesians 5:18
"When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty…", Matthew 12:43-44
"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit.", Ephesians 5:18
Truth: Hear me very carefully. Empty places get refilled. If you do not fill the cleaned-out space with the Spirit of God, something else will move back in. The man in Matthew 12 ended up worse than he started, because nothing took the place of what got cast out.
This is why getting free is not enough. Staying filled is the work.
Practice today and from this day forward: Create a non-negotiable daily rhythm:
• 10 minutes Word
• 10 minutes prayer
• 10 minutes worship
Twenty-one days, no skipping. None. That is how you build the new house, beloved. That is how you stay free.
Declaration: I am filled with the Spirit. I will not return to the old place. How To Use This Course + Key Shift

Beloved facilitator, hear me, For personal growth: One day at a time. Journal the practice. This is where freedom becomes normal.
For ministry: Use it as a follow-up resource after deliverance, altar calls, or any "breakthrough" moment. The person who just got free needs the walk laid out before them. You are not just celebrating what the Holy Ghost has done, you are stewarding it.
For posting: Each day = one carousel post. Close every carousel with: "Comment WALK if you're committing to this."
