What Does It Mean to Walk in the Spirit?
- Text
- Galatians 5:16-25; Romans 8:14
"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.", Romans 8:14
Beloved, listen carefully today, the Spirit is not asking for your attention on Sundays alone. He is asking for your steps. He is asking for your decisions. He is asking for all of you. And when you walk with Him, every assignment shifts.
I pray right now over the one reading this, every veil over your spiritual hearing, let it fall in the name of Jesus. Every wandering pattern in your walk, may it break today.
Truth: Walking in the Spirit is not a feeling, beloved. It is a lifestyle, of dependence, of listening, and of obeying. The feeling will come and go. The walk has to stay.
Sign you are not walking it: you react fast, you pray slow, and the Word feels dry in your mouth.
Practice today: Before every decision, pause and ask. Holy Spirit, what do You say about this? Even the small ones, what to eat, who to call, what to scroll past. Practice listening on the small things so you can hear Him on the big ones.
Declaration: Holy Spirit, I choose to walk with You today. I will not run ahead of You.
