Walk in Dominion as Sons

Sons Don't Beg, Sons Legislate

Theme
Dominion · Authority · Decree · Sonship · Faith
Scripture
Psalm 82:6; Psalm 8:6; Mark 11:23; Genesis 1:26-28; Ephesians 2:6

Beloved husband and wife, listen carefully. You are not victims in your own home. You are not passively praying-and-hoping while life happens to you. You are sons of the Most High God, and sons of God do not beg about what they were given dominion over. Sons legislate.

Watch this. From Genesis 1, God's first word to mankind was not survive. It was have dominion. That word has not been revoked. Christ Jesus restored what Adam lost, and now in Him, by the new birth, you and your spouse have authority over every work of darkness assigned against your house. So today we stop pleading with the mountain and start speaking to it.

You Were Born to Rule, Reborn to Rule Again

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion… And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion.
Genesis 1:26-28

Friend, look at the words. Let them have dominion. Be fruitful. Multiply. Subdue. Have dominion. These were the first commands ever spoken over a marriage. Adam and Eve. Together. The first home on earth was a dominion-home. A home that subdued. A home that ruled. A home that named what God put in its hand.

I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
Psalm 82:6
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 2:6

Prayer

Beloved, you are not seated under the mountain. You are seated with Christ, in heavenly places, above the mountain. The view from where you have been placed is a view over every principality, every power, every assignment of darkness. The position of authority is not earned, it was given. You stop walking under what Christ has already put under you. In Jesus' name. Amen

Dominion Is Exercised With the Mouth

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mark 11:23

Watch the verbs in that verse, friend. Say. Say. Saith. Saith. Four times. Jesus did not say pray to the mountain. He said speak to the mountain. Prayer is to the Father. Decree is to the mountain. Two different actions. Two different postures. And many believers have spent years praying to God about the mountain when God was waiting for them to speak to the mountain.

Hear me. There is a mountain in front of your home right now. It has a name. Maybe its name is Delay. Maybe it is Lack. Maybe it is Sickness. Maybe it is Strife between the children. Maybe it is Unforgiveness from the in-laws. Maybe it is A door that should have opened years ago. Whatever its name is, that mountain is listening for the voice it was assigned to obey: yours. When you speak in faith, the mountain moves. Not because you are loud. Because you are seated. Because the authority you carry is the authority of Christ Himself. A long time ago a couple sat with Mum, exhausted by a financial mountain that had stood for years. Listen. When we prayed, the Lord did not tell them to pray harder. He told them to decree. Together. Out loud. In their kitchen. Every morning, for thirty days. Same verse, Mark 11:23. Same decree. Same agreement. By the end of that month, the mountain that had refused to move for years had moved. The job came. The settlement came. The release came. Because at last, somebody had stood up and spoken to the mountain. Amen

Two Sons in Agreement Multiply Authority

Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 18:19

Beloved couple, you have a weapon most singles do not have. You have two-in-agreement. Heaven recognizes that pairing. Two sons of God, in one home, speaking the same decree over the same mountain, that is a force the gates of hell were not built to withstand. Most marriages do not realize the power they are sitting on. They argue with each other about mountains they were supposed to decree against together.

Prayer

Friend, the enemy will do anything to keep husband and wife out of agreement on a decree. He knows what happens when you align. He knows Psalm 8:6 says Thou hast put all things under his feet. He knows what happens when both feet stand together on what is already under them. So today, stand together. Pick the mountain. Name it. Decree it removed. Two sons. One voice. One agreement. In Jesus' name. Amen

Discussion

What is the name of the mountain currently standing in front of your home, say it out

loud to each other.

Have you been praying to God about it when God has been waiting for you to speak to

it? Be honest.

What scripture will you use as the basis of your decree this week, and how often will

you speak it together?

Prayer & Declaration Stand together. Speak it like sons:

Prayer

Father, we acknowledge that we are sons of the Most High God. We are seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above every principality and power. By the authority of the name of Jesus Christ, we decree over this home, No evil shall befall us. No plague shall come nigh our dwelling. Every mountain of delay, be removed, and be cast into the sea, in the name of Jesus. Every mountain of lack, be removed, in the name of Jesus. Every mountain of sickness, be removed, in the name of Jesus. Every mountain of strife and division, be removed, in the name of Jesus. We rule in the midst of our enemies. We legislate as sons. God has gone up with a shout. The Lord with the sound of a trumpet. We walk in the dominion of sons of God. In Jesus' name. Amen.

AMEN

Commission Beloved couple, today you took your seat. You stopped begging at the foot of the mountain and started speaking from above it. From this point forward, when something tries to enter your home that was not authorized by heaven, you do not panic. You decree. Two voices. One agreement. The name of Jesus. Sons don't beg, sons legislate. Take your seat and govern your house.

This week 1. Identify one specific mountain facing your home right now, write its name down.

Act, speak Mark 11:23 over that mountain together, out loud, every morning of this

week.

Pray, "Father, by the authority of the name of Jesus, we exercise dominion over every

assignment against our home, in Jesus' name."
